Based out of Collingwood, Ontario, Honeymoon Phase’s husband and wife Laura Beattie (vocals/guitar) and Nelson Beattie (saxophone/clarinet) are a dynamic musical duo for your special event or intimate gathering.  Combined, we have a background of 20 years studying, writing, and performing music, and offer a competent repertoire of hand-picked songs covering folk, rock, jazz, and blues genres.  Honeymoon Phase will work with you to set the mood for your space and audience, uniquely curating their set list to meet your needs.

Laura holds a Master of Arts in Popular Music & Culture, and Nelson holds his LLCM from the London College of Music.
